Deze masterproef analyseert hoe Noord-Ierse politici hun mening uiten over de impact van Brexit op Noord-Ierland. Een framing analyse werd uitgevoerd op een corpus bestaande uit uit 21 speeches door politici van de vier grootste Noord-Ierse partijen: Sinn Féin (SF), the Social Democratic and Labour Party (SDLP), the Democratic Unionist Party (DUP) en the Ulster Unionist Party (UUP).
