There is a pressing need for a coherent policy that implements a unified approach applicable to the whole police organization in order to effectively prevent corruption within the whole organization. The recommendations within this study constitute the most substantial part of its relevance, aiming to contribute to the development of a robust anti-corruption policy as an effective instrument in preventing corruption within the Belgian police organization.
